For cranes with capacities exceeding 80 tons and up to 200 tons, we provide custom solutions. We prioritize an even distribution of load across the wheels to reduce wear and minimize spare parts requirements. Our designs ensure reduced crane beam size and cost.

Single Girder Crane Systems (Monorail Overhead Cranes)

Ideal for indoor and outdoor applications, single girder cranes are a cost-effective solution for capacities up to 16 tons. These cranes offer excellent performance and reliability, with lower structural support costs due to the reduced wheel load.

Double Girder Crane Systems

Double girder cranes are ideal for high tonnage and height requirements, providing better hook approach distances compared to single girder cranes. These systems are designed for four or eight head wheels, depending on the load capacity.
