Jib Cranes
Jib cranes are a cost-effective solution for individual workstation needs, typically operating beneath an overhead crane. They are ideal for transporting light to medium-weight components in production environments where workstations need to operate independently from the main cranes of the facility. Our Jib Crane Systems offer significant advantages in terms of user convenience and speed, particularly for local area transportation tasks.
We offer a wide range of jib cranes with capacities ranging from 0.25 to 20 tons, and arm spans of up to 2-10 meters. The arm rotation can be either manual or motorized depending on your requirements. Our column-mounted jib cranes feature a rotation angle of up to 180°, while our self-column jib cranes provide a full 360° rotation angle, ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency in material handling.
Types:
- Column-Mounted Jib Cranes:
Designed specifically for the transportation of light loads. These cranes are available in both manual and motorized versions. They have lifting capacities ranging from 0.25 tons to 2 tons, with arm spans of up to 2-7 meters.
These cranes can be assembled using either a column wrapping or anchoring method, depending on your installation needs. The inclusion of a frequency inverter in the rotation mechanism ensures smooth, precise movements during operation, enhancing both control and efficiency.
- Self-Column Jib Cranes: Self-Column Jib Cranes
Designed for handling medium to heavy parts. They offer manual rotation for loads up to 1 ton and motorized rotation for loads ranging from 2 tons to 20 tons. We provide cranes with lifting capacities of up to 12.5 tons and arm lengths of up to 7 meters, as well as 20-ton capacity cranes with arm lengths up to 5 meters.
In marine applications, we offer specialized features such as custom paint and stainless steel panels for enhanced durability. The rotation movement is equipped with a frequency inverter, ensuring smooth and precise operation, reducing mechanical stress and providing better control during movement.
