Jib Cranes

Jib cranes are cost-effective individual workstation cranes and generally operate under an overhead crane. It is designed for the transportation of light and medium weight parts in production processes that require the independence of production stations compared to the main cranes of the factory building. Our Jib Crane Systems provide great convenience and speed for the user, especially in local area transportation. We have a range of products with a capacity of 0.25 - 20 tons and an arm span of up to 2-10 meters. Arm rotation movement can be done manually or with motor. Our column mounting jibs have 180 ° rotation angle and our self-column cranes have a rotation angle of up to 360 °.


Column Mounted Jib Cranes

It is designed for transporting light loads. Manual and motorized versions are available. There are versions with capacities from 0.25 tons to 2 tons and up to an arm span of 2-7 meters. They are assembled to the column by wrapping or anchoring method. Thanks to the frequency inverter used in the rotation movement, the rotational movement allows soft and sensitive movements.

Self Column Jib Cranes

It is designed for the transportation of medium and heavy parts. It has manual rotation up to 1 ton capacity and motorized rotating movement for loads between 2 tons and 20 tons. We have production up to 12,5 tons 7 meters and 20 tons 5 meters arm length. In our marine applications, there are features such as special paint and stainless panels. Thanks to the frequency inverter used in the rotation movement, the rotational movement allows soft and sensitive movements.
